Donna is an industry expert on provider onboarding. She initiated a centralized onboarding program at Duke in 2009 which was recognized as a best practice model by Joint Commission in 2016. Most recently, she co-developed the curriculum for the AAPPR certificate program on onboarding and retention. She launched her consulting business earlier this year.
