Mr. Horton leads AMGA Consulting, which is the consulting division of AMGA, an association of approximately 400 high performing, multi-specialty medical groups. Mr. Horton has been with AMGA Consulting since its inception 10 years ago and has provided his vision and leadership to fuel the firm’s growth and diversification. Prior to this role, Fred led several medical groups and one health system, serving at the President/CEO level.

Mr. Horton is a frequent presenter on numerous aspects of medical groups and has authored numerous articles on these topics.
