The Recruiter i.e- physician consultant will proactively work to expand the locum tenens service line at Total Cardiovascular Solutions (TCS). Focus will be on initiating and maintaining working relationships with physicians while strategically approaching potential hospital partners.

Responsibilities: Identify and recruit qualified physicians for contracted assignments. Proactively identify and pursue new hospital clients by understanding and researching our target market. Proactively contact and recruit prospective candidates to establish relationships, understand their needs and qualify them for job opportunities. Educate prospective candidates on the personal and professional benefits of a locum tenens career. Generate leads through various recruiting channels. Build and maintain unique relationships both internally and externally. Strive for continuous improvement of existing processes and procedures. Strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goals.

Required Qualifications: Staffing experience required. Cardiology staffing experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency. Self-starter with the ability to manage own time, schedule and results Client-centered mentality and passion for customer service. Ability to deliver results while effectively managing multiple projects and deadlines. Sound judgment and problem-solving skills. Professional demeanor with attention to detail and accuracy.

The Provider Recruitment Department supports CHA's strategic growth initiative by working closely with both senior clinical and administrative leadership to identify, recruit and employ only the highest quality physicians and physician assistants. The department works with internal and external customers to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process.

Job Duties:This position works collaboratively with senior leadership to develop and execute a provider recruitment strategy, inclusive of sourcing & screening candidates, overseeing the interview, references and offer process for qualified candidates. Working with external organizations to develop and implement and improve the recruitment website and social media presence. This position is an integral role contributing to the success of the Department.

Qualifications:Undergraduate degree required. Previous experience in a hospital, medical practice or healthcare setting required. Previous provider recruitment experience required. An expertise in Psychiatry recruitment is a plus! Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written). Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work in a team environment.
