MGMA/NAPR Physician Starting Salary Placement Survey: 2006 Questionnaire Based on 2005 Data

   1. Download the survey file (Microsoft Excel Workbook):
      http://www.napr.org/surveys/2006NAPReSurvey.xls
   2. When the File Download dialog box appears, select the Save option presented.
   3. When the SaveAs dialog box appears, search for and select the directory of your choice on your computer’s harddrive using the Save in dropdown box.
   4. Select Save and record for your reference which directory was used to store the file.
   5. DO NOT attempt to change the settings or formatting of the Excel file. Tampering with the design of the eSurvey will distort your submission, making it ineligible for use.
   6. When opening the Excel file from your harddrive, a Microsoft Excel dialog box will appear telling you that the file you are opening contains macros. You will need to select Enable Macros to complete the eSurvey. If you encounter an error, it is possible your security settings are set to high to accept the macros. To decrease your security level for the macros, click the Tools dropdown down, select Macros, select Security, click the Medium setting and exit by selecting OK.
