Communications Committee
Responsible for presenting the image of NAPR to the rest of the healthcare community; to attract physicians to the NAPR World Job Bank in order to provide NAPR members with a source of physicians seeking job opportunities through the site; organize advertising campaigns to promote NAPR; work with other appropriate committees (i.e., Website and Education) to promote NAPR through press releases, articles, magazine pieces and other public relations tools. This committee works collaboratively with the Membership, Market Research, and Publications Committees. (Relevant skills: interest in public relations, excellent writing and communication skills.)

Ethics Committee
Oversees all Ethics’ issues within NAPR. Periodically revises and amends the Code of Ethics. Investigates complaints lodged against member organizations to determine if the Code of Ethics has been violated. Provides advice to Members on various ethical and contractual issues.

Finance Committee

School of Healthcare Recruitment Committee
Oversees the development of course content and scheduling for the School of Healthcare Recruitment. The committee is also responsible for continuously improving content based on attendee evaluations and finding/recruiting speakers to deliver the content. The school consists of two parts: 101 and 201. The live sessions coincide with the annual conference each spring. The School committee works collaboratively with the Education Committee and the Webcast Committee.

Security Committee
Oversees the Physician World Job Bank. Amend, enforce and implement the User Agreements which sets forth terms and conditions for utilizing the various NAPR Candidate Sourcing Programs. Investigates Candidate Sourcing Program breaches of the User Agreements. With legal counsel, pursues non-members when potential legal action is required. Periodically updates User Agreements. Monitors all jobs posted for to ensure compliance with EEO and other federal laws.

Responsible for producing video seminars which provide education and/or information on various aspects of the NAPR and Physician Recruitment.
